- Blobfish and icefish evolve into king crabs.
- 100 XP is required for a blobfish or icefish to evolve into a king crab.
- King Crabs evolve into jellyfish, flying fish, giant isopods, and frogs.
- 20XP is required for a king crab to evolve into a jellyfish, flying fish, giant isopods or frogs.
- King Crabs drop 1 piece of meat upon death.
- As a king crab, friendly fire is turned off for other king crabs, oarfish, and whales: meaning you cannot damage them nor be damaged by them.

- If a king crab enters the swamp surface, it will lose temperature and it will not regenerate salinity.
